Crystal Robinson serves as Senior Commercial Escrow Officer for Riverway Title Company and is a 23-year veteran of the title insurance industry. Crystal began her career working her way up through the ranks from receptionist to post-closing management to Escrow Officer and ultimately moving into Commercial Escrow in 2012. Since becoming a Commercial Escrow Officer, she has closed national hotel chains, apartment complexes, assisted living facilities, and national pharmacies chain transactions.

These include acquisition, replat, sale, and leasehold. With over 23 years vested in the title insurance industry, Crystal prides herself on her strong work ethic, determination to succeed, extreme dedication to client needs, and superior problem resolving abilities. Highly respected in the industry, Crystal is known for her extensive knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and for providing an exceptional level of customer service and communication throughout the transaction process. In 2020, Crystal was awarded Fidelity’s ‘Fraud Insights Winner’ of the year for recognizing and stopping fraudulent transactions that would have cost the company over 1.5 million in claims. Outside of work, Crystal considers herself an amateur horticulturist and loves spending time with her two children and husband.
